Which social media platforms do you post to?

We post to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. All three are included in your £89/month — no extras, no hidden fees.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely not. Hey Post That is a rolling monthly subscription — stay as long as you love it and cancel anytime before your next billing date. Simple as that.

How do I cancel?

Just let us know before your next billing date and we'll sort it straight away. No awkward phone calls, no lengthy cancellation process — we promise we won't make it difficult!

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

We don't currently offer pausing, but you're welcome to cancel and re-subscribe whenever you're ready to start again. Your spot will always be here waiting for you.

Do you write the captions too?

Yes — we handle everything. Captions, graphics, hashtags, the lot. You won't need to write a single word.

Will I get to see the posts before they go live?

Always. Every month you'll receive your content plan for approval before anything is scheduled. Want a tweak? Just say so — we'll get it sorted.

How do you schedule and manage my posts?

We use a professional scheduling tool called Metricool to plan, schedule and manage all of your posts. This means your content is queued up and goes out automatically at the best times — no manual posting, no missed days. It also means everything is organised and consistent, every single month.

Do you need access to my social media accounts?

Yes — we'll need to connect your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages to our scheduling tool, Metricool. Don't worry, we'll send you a simple step-by-step guide that makes the whole process really straightforward. You won't need to share any passwords — it's all done safely through the platforms themselves. Most clients are set up in under 10 minutes!

Can you post videos and Reels?

Yes! If you have videos that are already edited and ready to go, we can schedule those for you. We just need them sent over in advance as part of your monthly content plan.

What do I need to get started?

Not much at all! Once you've signed up you'll receive a short questionnaire asking about your business, your tone of voice, any images or videos you'd like us to use, and your brand colours. That's all we need to get going.

How quickly do you start posting?

We aim to have everything up and running within 5 days of receiving your completed questionnaire. So the sooner you fill it in, the sooner we get started!

What if I want to provide my own images or photos?

Brilliant — we love that! Once you're signed up we'll share a private Google Drive folder with you where you can upload any photos or videos you'd like us to use. The more personal the better — real photos of your business always perform better than stock images!

I don't have a big following — does that matter?

Not at all. Consistency is what builds a following over time. Our job is to keep your pages active and looking great — the rest follows naturally.
